宿舍人际关系是大学生人际关系最基础和最重要的组成部分,对大学生的学习、生活,乃至人格和心理健康都有着重要影响。分析了当代宿舍人际关系的现状及宿舍不和谐的原因,提出了建构和谐宿舍关系的管理策略。
Abstract：Dormitory interpersonal relationship is the most basic and important part of college students 'interpersonal relationship,which has an important influence on their study,life and even mental health.This paper analyzes the current situation of interpersonal relations in contemporary dormitory and the reasons for unharmonious dormitory,and puts forward the management strategy of constructing harmonious dormitory relations.
