在数字经济蓬勃发展的当下,职业教育与产业协同发展成为国家战略,其教材体系数字化转型关乎人才培养与产业需求适配。基于产教融合视角,剖析职业教育数字化教材建设现存问题,如内容滞后于产业发展、校企协同开发机制欠缺、评价机制单一等。针对这些问题,提出“需求共研—资源共建—动态更新—多维评价”全流程开发模式。研究以无人机操控与维护、计算机应用专业为例,实践验证该模式可显著提升学生技能达标率与企业用人满意度,新员工岗前培训周期缩短超40%。未来,需借助政策激励、技术赋能与生态共建,推动职业教育教材向“动态能力培养平台”转型,为职业教育高质量发展提供理论与实践指引。
Abstract:In the context of the booming digital economy, the coordinated development of vocational education and industries has become a national strategy, where the digital transformation of textbook systems is critical to aligning talent cultivation with industrial demands. Grounded in the perspective of industryeducation integration, this study examines existing challenges in developing digital textbooks for vocational education, including outdated content lagging behind industrial advancements, insufficient school-enterprise collaborative development mechanisms, and simplistic evaluation frameworks. To address these issues, a fullcycle development model is proposed, characterized by "demand co-research, resource co-construction, dynamic updating, and multi--dimensional evaluation". Practical implementations in the UAV Operation and Maintenance program and Computer Application Technology program demonstrate that this model significantly enhances students' skill qualification rates and employer satisfaction, while reducing pre-job training periods for new employees by over 40%. Moving forward, policy incentives, technological empowerment, and ecosystem collaboration are essential to transform vocational education materials into "dynamic competency-building platforms", offering both theoretical and practical guidance for advancing high-quality vocational education development.
