职业本科教育是我国高等教育体系中的重要一环,而教师的个人发展水平和师资队伍建设整体质量决定了职业本科教育的发展质量和发展成效。文章通过分析当前职业本科院校教师专业发展困境和师资队伍建设现状,以A职业技术大学为例,借鉴教师专业发展理论,建立“个人发展画像”与“政策支持图谱”双向映射机制,提出“增强教师职业本科意识、加强应用技术研究、实施分层分类培养、创新师资队伍管理”的职业本科院校师资队伍建设路径,为职业本科院校提供参考。
Abstract:As an important part of China' s higher education system, the quality and effectiveness of vocational undergraduate college are determined by the personal development of teachers and the quality of the whole teaching staff construction. By analyzing the dilemma of teacher professional development and the status quo of teacher team construction in the current vocational undergraduate college, this paper takes vocational and technical university A as an example, uses the theory of teacher professional development for reference, and establishes the bidirectional mapping mechanism of "personal development portrait" and "policy support graph", and puts forward the path of teacher team construction in vocational undergraduate colleges, which is to strengthen teachers' awareness of vocational undergraduate, strengthen applied technology research, implement hierarchical and classified training, and innovate teacher team management, so as to provide reference for other vocational undergraduate colleges.
