随着数字经济时代的加速发展,职业教育数字化转型已成为推动教育现代化的重要途径。本研究以河北省23所职业院校(含11所国家级示范/骨干院校、12所省级示范院校)为研究对象,基于“资源—动力”理论框架,运用问卷调查法,探索职业教育数字化转型的关键驱动因素。研究发现,数字化转型的驱动因素呈现“四维核心驱动—多元协同支撑”的特征。同时,区域资源分配失衡、政策执行碎片化、产教融合表面化等问题制约转型深度。基于此,从省级政策优化、院校机制创新、教师能力重塑三个维度提出针对性策略,为河北省职业教育数字化转型的策略优化提供了依据,并为其他区域同类研究提供了理论参考。
Abstract:With the rapid development of the digital economy era, the digital transformation of vocational education has become a crucial pathway to promote educational modernization. This study investigates 23 vocational institutions in Hebei Province(including 11 national exemplary/backbone institutions and 12 provincial exemplary institutions) based on the "Resource-Motivation" theoretical framework, using questionnaire surveys to explore key driving factors for the digital transformation of vocational education. The findings reveal that the driving factors for digital transformation exhibit characteristics of “four-dimensional core drivers—diverse synergistic support.” Meanwhile, issues such as imbalanced regional resource allocation, fragmented policy implementation, and superficial industry-education integration constrain the depth of transformation. Based on these insights, targeted strategies are proposed from three dimensions: provincial policy optimization, institutional mechanism innovation, and teacher capacity reshaping. This study provides a basis for strategy optimization in the digital transformation of vocational education in Hebei Province and offers theoretical reference for similar research in other regions.
